Hector Klie presents at TAMU Seminar

Dr. Klie, DeepCast CEO, was invited by the Dept. of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M to share some of his views on the use of AI in the Oil and Gas industry.

The presentation served to introduce the PhysAI framework that allows us to reconstruct and predict the dynamics of fluid flow in diverse unconventional field scenarios. The PhysAI models are designed to learn and identify spatio-temporal relationships from monitoring data as well as providing explainable interpretations in the form of differential equations if needed. Hence, this approach differs from other well-known data-driven approaches that strictly rely on black-box solutions thus offering the possibility to get interpretable more insightful solutions.
